3. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted on a dedicated server. The web server automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure operation of the website). The log data is automatically deleted after a short time, unless it is required to investigate security incidents.

On our card and comparison pages, we link to the official websites of the respective credit card providers (e.g. via the "Apply now" button). When you follow such a link, you leave our website. We do not use any tracking parameters or affiliate cookies for these links.

If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, content of the message) exclusively to process your request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations conflict with this.
